Equipping students with the gift of education

We plan to equip meritorious and underprivileged students with the gift of education. It starts with the CS scholarship program, wherein a gift of $40,000 was extended to prepare the students globally to lead in the competitive computer science and Information technology industries.

At Jeffco Schools Foundation, the focus is on equipping both meritorious and underprivileged students with essential educational tools. Our involvement is centered around enhancing their programs, which range from innovative STEM initiatives to arts and literacy, preparing students to excel in diverse fields.

Building next-generation engineers

Our scholarship program help students earn a degree. We are committed to providing education via the scholarship fund and donations that reach thousands of students and potential applicants. Through this, we aim to design a gateway for a better society.

Yoga and meditation drive

We believe in building a healthier tomorrow by offering a holistic approach to physical and mental health to our community. Our yogic way of life through corporate wellness programs helps to foster employee health and wellness as they experience a sense of well-being for a lifetime.

Free eye check-up for optical needs

We pledge to provide our employees the gift of a clear vision. Regular eye care is one of our initiatives whereby we set up well-planned and effective camps to test eye vision for adults and supply free spectacles, if necessary. We never lose an opportunity to optimize eye health at any step.

Free vaccination during COVID

We are actively engaged with the government to support vaccination drives and extending COVID-19 mitigation outreach. We prioritize the health and safety of our candidates and employees. As part of the initiative, we also encourage Covid bill reimbursement for affected employees. BETSOL- sponsored virtual consultations focuses on reducing the high levels of psychological distress during the global pandemic. Our partnership with the Doc-Online Medical Service provider facilitates 24/7 doctor teleconsultation and mental wellness counseling helplines. After all, we are in this fight together.

Sponsoring higher education for students

Through our corporate scholarship programs, we prepare students to compete with industry opportunities. Our Computer Science Scholars Program delivers effective skill-building sessions to train the students for a better future.

We support causes like Big Waves, who are focused on sponsoring higher education for promising athletes, providing them with opportunities to excel both in academics, sports and fostering knowledge on student’s safety programs.

Promoting continuous learning and development

We realize that simply sponsoring education is not enough. We are always eager to walk the extra mile to foster education by mentoring and tutoring the engineering community. We lend a hand by providing books, videos, classes, and innovative experimentation that make it possible to create a sustainable future.

For four consecutive years, BETSOL has participated in the Avaya Month of Giving. We joined forces with Avayaand others in meaningful activities, from environmental efforts to supporting vital community services. Our involvement reflects our dedication to making a lasting impact in the communities where we operate.

Sree Siddaganga Math, a home and an educational center for over 10,000 children, supports in enhancing their holistic development programs, which offer a nurturing environment for learning and growth. This contribution will serve as a step towards fostering future generations, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive and succeed in a supportive community.

We are successful in our evacuation efforts for victims from affected areas in the aftermath of the flood’s havoc. We are in this together to extend a helping hand to the relief workers and also contribute donations for immediate sustenance.

BETSOL had the pleasure of contributing to Mathrushree Manovikasa Kendra, an institution dedicated to the welfare of disabled children. This center offers a nurturing environment & empowers every child to reach their full potential.

BHT Karunashraya is a compassionate initiative by the Indian Cancer Society Bangalore & Rotary Club of Bangalore to provide free palliative care to advanced-stage cancer patients, and we’re proud to have supported such a cause.

Our partnership with Education Trust is working towards supporting girl child education by providing a holistic learning and growth environment for all the girls.

The program aims at educating girls from underprivileged backgrounds and empowering them. We provide education support by providing fees, books, uniforms, feeds, and other educational needs.

Enabling access to digital literacy

Through donations of essential education supplies such as books, laptops, we impart digital skills and literacy by outreaching the underprivileged regions. Our integrated supportive educational programs aim to reduce the percentage of rural girl child school drop-outs.

We aim to become completely carbon neutral by adopting a tree-planting project each year. It’s exciting for most of our proactive teams at BETSOL to get out in the outdoors and get their hands in the dirt. This way, we take the opportunity to give back to mother nature as a team.

We encourage engaging in fair practices to reduce any damaging effects on the environment. Some of our key CSR activities focus on waste management, water use, energy use, emissions, eco-friendly office, business travel policies, reducing packaging, and reducing the usage of paper.

Reducing carbon footprint

Through low-carbon business practices such as safe destruction of documents and reusing materials again, we guarantee that we cut down waste and our resources are efficiently recycled.

Creating environmental awareness among youth

We’ve contributed to Youth for Seva, an organization dedicated to mobilizing the youth in diverse community services, from educational initiatives to environmental conservation. Fostering harmony with farm and feral friends

Protecting the farm animals

Vrindavana Goshala, a sanctuary dedicated to the care and protection of cows. This goshala, with six years of compassionate service, provides a nurturing environment for cows that can no longer produce milk, work, or those at risk of neglect. Our donation supports their efforts to offer shelter, medical care, and promote the dignity of these sacred animals.
